this order was never received, we lost the shipment and all of the money invested on this order because could never cleared from port and seller did not supported this effort at all. all of our orders always was door to door and apparently during the selling process seller promised that door to door and all of the terms were not clear and we had to be responsible for clearing port. 3 months after this order placed and product never arrived, no assistance into getting this cleared by local customs in the USA, advising I need to get a custom agent and all of that items. other vendors in the past with larger shipments guarantee a door to door. Dealign with this vendor is an issue unless you have a complete arrangement with shipping and clearing processes. Other than that is a waste of time and over $2k in the trash can
